Hi. Thanks for stopping by!
I'm a passionate, detail oriented, and fun loving creative. In my free time, I enjoy Fine Art museums, vintage motorcycles, cycling, and reading. I love to travel and experience new cultures and ideas.
After receiving my B.F.A in Design and Production at North Carolina School of the Arts in 2019, i worked as a professional costume designer, Assistant costume Designer, and Costume Production Assistant; contracted with NBC/UNIVERSAL and Tony Award Winning Williamstown Theatre Festival as well as freelanced for Netflix, Bethany joy costumes, llc, and various independent films.
At the school of the arts, i was trained how to paint, draw, manage large entertainment budgets and wardrobe tracking as well as draft custom slopers, pattern, and drape garments in a fast paced, high stress environment.
While i enjoyed the entertainment industry, i felt compelled to broaden my learning at North Carolina State University, enrolling in the master of science program at the Wilson college of textiles in 2020 to round out my skillset and learn more of the technology and computer based programs in apparel design.
Early within my studies, I felt drawn to 3D pattern drafting and 3d design tools (Clo3d in particular). This helped pave the way for my thesis research as well as my desire to further delve into the Consumer behaviors of women in the lingerie industry.
Fast forward to today, I successfully defended my thesis and earned my masters of science in textiles with intent to publish my findings.
I have worked with Levi's as a clo3d designer on contract and 3d technical designer with commando, specializing in bra development.
